JSC “Keremet Bank” was registered in 2010 under the brand “Zalkar Bank” on the basis of JSC “AsiaUniversalBank”. In 2013, 90 percent of the company’s shares were sold to the Russian OJSC ITB Holding, and the last 10 percent remained with the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic represented by the State Property Management Fund. In June 2013, the corporate name of JSC Zalkar Bank was changed to JSC Russian Investment Bank (Rosinbank).
